WSHC+B partner Elizabeth Coppolecchia recently spoke to Construction Dive to discuss the high fees surrounding construction litigation claims and how to avoid disputes.
“On some of these projects, you’ll have 30 or 40 parties involved” Liz explained, adding that “anytime you have that many players, when there are disputes, it’s inevitable that you will have a large number of claims.”
Liz Coppolecchia represents private entities in complex commercial litigation and municipalities and other governmental entities in disputes, with an emphasis on construction disputes and contracting, throughout Florida.
