Brett Schneider Speaks at 2018 FMAA Annual Conference on Sexual Harassment

Member & Chair of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Department, Brett Schneider, spoke at the 2018 Florida Municipal Attorneys Association Annual Conference in Key Biscayne on July 12th. Brett spoke on, “Sexual Harassment Policies and Training.” The presentation provided in-depth guidance for municipal attorneys on prevention, policies and procedures for addressing sexual harassment in the workplace, including issues associated with the conduct of elected officials and persons and entities doing business with municipalities.
