Alan spoke on a panel regarding Athletes and their Images; Leagues vs. Players vs. Bad Conduct.
Alan’s panel discussed the position of the NFL and other sanctioning organizations on Domestic violence and the value and importance of protecting the league Brand; the enforcement of league rules versus athletes career and income stream and the value of the press in the promotion of the athletes or entertainers personal marketing opportunities.
