Partner & Chair of the Firm’s Sports and Entertainment Law Group Alan Fertel participated in a panel group, “The HGH Peyton Manning Issue & Revenge Post & Porn.” This Panel was part of a one-day symposium put on by Nova Southeastern University School of Law called “The Cost of Entertainment: A Comprehensive Look into the Cost of Sports & Entertainment in the Modern Era”. The Symposium took place on February 20th at Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Fertel spoke about the allegations of HGH use by Peyton Manning as reported in the El Jazeera documentary and explored the implications of Manning’s involvement in the recent Title IX lawsuit filed against the University of Tennessee.
