Marc Solomon Gives Presentation to Daszkal Bolton Accountants

On January 13, Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Department, Marc Solomon gave a detailed presentation to accountants at the firm of Daszkal Bolton. The presentation that Marc gave was entitled, “Legal Issues Pertaining to the Purchase and Sale of Businesses”. The presentation focused on what to look out for when buying or selling a business.
