Adam Hapner is a former federal prosecutor who represents municipalities, companies, and their employees in complex litigation in state and federal court. Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as a judicial law clerk in both the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal. Adam was also an editor of the Florida Law Review and has published multiple legal articles, some of which have been cited in appellate opinions and by Bryan Garner, a renowned legal scholar and the editor of Black’s Law Dictionary.
