Blayne represents private and public sector clients in litigation across a broad range of subject matters.
Immediately prior to joining the firm, he served as judicial law clerk to Judge Jeffrey T. Kuntz of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal, where he honed his ability to spot and address potential errors before, during, and after trial. Before that, Blayne served as a judicial extern to the U.S. District Judge Darrin P. Gayles of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he conducted research and drafted proposed orders on motions to dismiss and other dispositive motions.
Blayne graduated cum laude from The University of Miami School of Law, where he served as executive editor of The University of Miami Business Law Review. He also won the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award for his exceptional efforts in the Investor Rights Clinic.
