In an article published by the Daily Business Review, Mitch Burnstein, Firm Managing Director weighs in on the Firm’s plans to re-open the offices. Despite moves by the Governor to slowly re-open Florida’s economy, law firm leaders are in no rush to bring employees back to the office, as productivity has not suffered with employees at home.
“We are making our own decision, completely independent of what the federal government or what the state does,” he said. Mitch explained scientific data showing the virus is on the decline is the most important. “And we won’t force our employees into the offices,” he added.
This event has grabbed the attention of law firm leaders with the widespread adoption of videoconferencing and remote work as more efficient and cost-effective. “This event certainly has crystallized our thoughts on how much workspace we need and how we are going to utilize that workspace.”
