Alan K. Fertel, partner and chair of the firm’s Sport, Arts and Entertainment Practice Group, recently spoke with Andrew Colton on NewsRadio 610 WiOD about the impact on college sports of the new Florida Name Image and Likeness (NIL) legislation. In the interview, Alan shed light on the issues surrounding conflicting state laws and the need for a federal law to establish uniform NIL laws nationwide.
