Fort Lauderdale associate, Anne Reilly Flanigan was appointed as a member of the Federal Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel for the upcoming reappointment of Magistrate Judge Patrick M. Hunt.
The duty of this Panel is to consider and make a recommendation to the United States Court for the Southern District of Florida as to the reappointment or non-reappointment of Magistrate Judge Patrick M. Hunt. The Panel will receive and examine comments from members of the bar and public of the judge’s good character, ability, and commitment to equal justice under the Law.
The term of each Panel member expires on October 31, 2020. Anne is a civil litigator representing both public and private clients in matters ranging from federal civil rights to contract disputes to real property claims.
