Partner David Tolces was appointed to serve as the Local Government & Land Use Committee Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association for the 2020-2021 fiscal year.
The Local Government & Land Use Committee will be re-instated with a mission to encourage more government attorneys to join the Bar, as well as provide an avenue for attorneys who practice in this area of law to network with one another.
The mission of the Palm Beach County Bar Association is to serve its members, foster professionalism and enhance the public’s understanding and awareness of the legal system.
David regularly represents public and private clients in governmental and real estate matters, including property redevelopment, wireless communication facilities, sign code issues, environmental matters, financing of workforce and affordable housing, landlord/tenant relations, and land use and zoning matters. He is Florida Bar Board Certified in City, County and Local Government Law.
