Distinguished Miami corporate attorney Abigail Watts-FitzGerald has joined WSH as a Partner and the Chair of the firm’s Business Organization and Transactions Group. Abi spent more than 10 years at Hunton & Williams LLP, where she served as the outside general counsel to numerous for-profit and nonprofit corporations. Abi focuses her practice on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, tax-exempt organizations, joint ventures and LLCs, shareholder agreements, and closely-held corporations. She has extensive experience with a number of matters relating to corporate governance, including employment agreements and restrictive covenants, intellectual property matters, and distributing and licensing agreements.
