WSHC+B partner Eduardo M. Soto was recently appointed to the Zoo Miami Foundation’s 2023 board of directors.
Zoo Miami Foundation (ZMF) is a private non-profit support organization for Zoo Miami. The foundation operates robust learning experience programs, supports vital conservation initiatives, and supplements key capital projects that bolster animal welfare at Zoo Miami.
Ed practices in the area of commercial real estate, commercial lending and transactional matters. He has substantial experience in representing both lead and participant lenders in syndicated transactions and other co-lending arrangements. Ed also advises clients in structuring transactions to minimize federal, state, and local tax liability.
