Firm Partner, Roger Kobert, is one of the first lawyers in the State of Florida to become Board Certified in International Litigation and Arbitration by The Florida Bar. Roger is one of only 20 Florida attorneys to achieve this certification. The International Litigation and Arbitration Board Certification is a new specialization certification for the Florida Bar, and Florida is the first state in the nation to offer such a distinction.
Roger is a trial attorney in the firm’s Litigation Division and has over 30 years of experience. In addition to his serving on The Florida Bar’s International Litigation and Arbitration Certificate Committee, he is also Chairman of the Federal Bar Association’s International Law Section and an active member of the American Bar Association.
