Firm member and Chair of the Real Estate Department, Joe Hernandez and firm partner Drew Demers presented, “How will Opportunity Zones Increase Real Estate Development?” to the Tower Club Real Estate Luncheon group on June 5^th in Fort Lauderdale. They were joined at the event by firm partner Alan Gabriel. The room was filled with local realtors and developers, where Joe and Drew discussed the most recent updates regarding the new Opportunity Zones initiative.
