Joe Hernandez and Josh Krut Speak at the Palm Beach County Bar Association

On Friday, June 5^th, Joe Hernandez (Chair of our Real Estate Group) and Josh Krut (Chair of our Community Association, Club & Resort Practice Group) were speakers at the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Community Association Law Continuing Legal Education Committee presents: THE 27th ANNUAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION LAW SEMINAR. Both Joe and Josh presented a “Case Study in Termination of a Condominium”, discussing some of the issues regarding the current termination statute (Sec. 718.117). In addition, they also discussed the proposed changes in the statute and how they might affect condominiums seeking to terminate in the future. Joe and Josh have developed extensive experience in representing associations seeking to terminate their condominium in connection with a sale of the entire project.
