WSHC+B lawyers Juan P. Loumiet and Cayla Ross successfully negotiated a licensing and construction agreement on behalf of their clients, NoMad Hotels and The Sydell Group, and negotiated a lease for NoMad’s on-premise rooftop bar which will be open to the public. The new luxury condominium, to be built in Wynwood, will be the first “NoMad”- branded residential project and will be named “NoMad Residences Wynwood.”
Juan is a seasoned attorney whose real estate, hospitality, corporate, and finance career spans decades. Juan represents developers of high-end hotels, resorts and mixed-use projects in the U.S., the Caribbean and Latin America, negotiating complex joint ventures, hotel and resort management agreements, loans and leases.
Cayla represents hotel, condominium and retail developers in commercial real estate development and financing transactions, joint venture deals, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters. She earned her J.D. and an M.B.A. in Finance from Nova Southeastern University in 2018.
