Member & Director of the Firm’s Public Land Use department, Susan Trevarthen, presented a program for the Florida Chapter of the American Planning Association on July 14th at the Miami Center for Architecture & Design. The program was titled, “Law, Planning, and Plain English”.
The presentation covered legislative drafting, and identified specific legal issues that come up in regulatory context.
