New practice area, consisting of six attorneys across Florida, will provide Supreme Court Certified Mediation services for a myriad of case types
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – Weiss Serota Helfman Cole + Bierman (WSHC+B) announced the addition of a Mediation Services Practice Group to its roster of practice areas. This practice group will provide Florida Supreme Court certified circuit and/or county mediators for cases that involve local government, commercial litigation, construction litigation, eminent domain, property rights and education.
The firm’s certified mediators will work to assist parties find amicable resolutions to their disputes by ensuring fair and unbiased mediation services in situations where courts order mediation or when parties involved in litigation independently want to pursue a settlement.
