On March 18, WSH announced the addition of Carlos M. Rodriguezto the Firm. Carlos will serve as “Of Counsel” to WSH. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked as an associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and worked in various positions in the title insurance industry. Carlos joins fellow former Greenberg attorney Joseph Hernandez in our Real Estate Group. Carlos has extensive experience in real estate, having served as Lead Real Estate Counsel for development groups and real estate holding companies. He earned his BA from Florida State University and his JD from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law. In addition to his real estate experience, Carlos has also served in executive capacities in privately held companies and has prior management experience at two Fortune 500 companies. He is a Certified Family Business Specialist, and has provided specifically tailored business and planning services to family owned businesses regarding succession planning and other family-business specific matters.
