Law firm’s Fort Lauderdale office grows with arrival of Isabella Falcon and Bryan Siddique, while Boca Raton office welcomes Jonathan Brown and Jeremy Rosner
Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, Fla. — Weiss Serota Helfman Cole + Bierman (WSHC+B) strengthened its Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale offices with the addition of four litigators. Jonathan Brown and Jeremy Rosner joined the firm’s Boca Raton office, while Isabella Falcon and Bryan Siddique are based in its Fort Lauderdale office.
Brown is a Partner in WSHC+B’s Boca Raton office and brings substantial litigation experience. He represents national corporations, Fortune 500 companies, commercial banks, real estate developers, loan servicers and property insurers in complex commercial litigation disputes. Representative matters include breach of contract, restrictive covenant enforcement and defense, and commercial disputes.
An active member of The Florida Bar, American Bar Association and Broward County Bar Association, Brown graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
Rosner represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, class actions, professional negligence and appellate matters in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining WSHC+B, he practiced at two preeminent litigation firms in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
While at Emory University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, Rosner was a member of the Order of the Coif and Emory Moot Court Society.
Falcon represents both private and public sector clients. She has handled numerous litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement. Falcon has experience with first-party property damage cases, evaluating contracts and performing in-depth legal research on case law regarding insurance coverage and bad faith exposure.
Like Brown, Falcon graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, she was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient, a Submissions and Articles Editor of the University of Miami’s Race and Social Justice Law Review, and a member of the law school’s Hispanic Law Student Association, Litigation Skills Program, and Professional Responsibility & Ethics Program.
Siddique applies his knowledge of the inner workings of the state and federal court systems for the benefit of his litigation clients. He served as a law clerk for Judge Carole Y. Taylor at Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal and for United States Magistrate Judge Patrick M. Hunt at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, assisting with complex civil and criminal cases, researching applicable law and drafting opinions and providing written recommendations to appellate panels.
A summa cum laude graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, Siddique was valedictorian of his class. He served as Editor-in-Chief of the Nova Law Review and received the Student of the Year Award.
“It is exciting to add these talented litigators to our Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale offices,” said Matthew Mandel, Chair of WSHC+B’s Litigation Division. “They join us at an ideal time, with significant demand for our litigation expertise from both private and public sector clients.
