Miami, FL – Weiss Serota Helfman Cole + Bierman (WSHC+B) named Harrison DuBosar, Fabio Giallanza, Jessika Graham and Samantha Soto new partners. DuBosar is a partner in the law firm’s Boca Raton office, while Giallanza, Graham and Soto are partners in its Miami office.
DuBosar practices in WSHC+B’s Litigation Division, focusing on commercial litigation matters and appeals. His work includes representing clients on complex partnership and business disputes, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, securities fraud and EB-5 fraud.
Giallanza is a corporate and real estate attorney. He represents businesses and investors in the acquisition and financing of property, along with business transactions and corporate matters. As a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney in International Law, Giallanza specializes in cross-border transactions involving clients based in the United States, Europe and Latin America.
Graham was previously Of Counsel at WSHC+B focusing primarily on bankruptcy and restructuring, creditors’ rights, and corporate and real estate transactions. Graham represents bankruptcy trustees, along with creditors and debtors in all aspects of Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters and related adversary proceedings. She also advises clients on asset protection issues.
As a former trial lawyer for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Soto applies her insight to help employers comply with labor and employment laws. She handles discrimination charges and lawsuits brought against public and private employers pursuant to state and federal anti-discrimination and wage and hour laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, and the Florida Whistle-blower’s Act. Soto also advises employers on employee discipline, retention and termination, employment manuals and policies, and contract interpretation.
