WSHC+B partner Marlon A. Hill was recently featured on Law.com’s #LegalSpeak podcast where he explained how Black History Month provides a valuable chance to explore ways to improve and implement more effective policies in regards to representation in the legal profession.
Marlon mentions that despite Black individuals constituting around 17% to 19% of Florida’s population, the representation within the local legal sector does not align with these demographics. He highlighted why this lack of reflection should concern the entire legal profession.
Marlon represents businesses, entrepreneurs, and local and international governments in corporate, intellectual property, business immigration, and government matters.
