FRA Executive Director, Carol Westmoreland, led the Podcast geared towards City, CRA attorneys and elected officials. David discussed the legal process in Chapter 163, Part III for disposal of property, which can be unclear at best. During the interactive podcast, David answered questions ranging from property values, resolution clauses, notice provisions, approval from boards members to the nuances of RFP’s.

David regularly represents public and private clients in governmental and real estate matters, including property redevelopment, wireless communication facilities, sign code issues, environmental matters, financing of workforce and affordable housing, landlord/tenant relations, and land use and zoning matters. He is Florida Bar Board Certified in City, County and Local Government Law.
