Jeremy Rosner represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, class actions, professional negligence, and appellate matters in both state and federal courts.
After graduating from law school, Jeremy served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Robert J. Luck of the Supreme Court of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit where he became proficient in researching, drafting, and reviewing memoranda, orders, and opinions. Following his clerkship, Jeremy practiced at two preeminent litigation firms in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
During law school, Jeremy completed legal internships with Judge Francisco Besosa of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, Judge Alan Baverman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and Justice Barbara Pariente of the Supreme Court of Florida.
Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Emory University School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Emory Moot Court Society.
