Katharine R. Wilson’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and public financing for multi-family developments.

Before joining WSHC+ B, Katharine was a corporate legal intern at a global technology services company, where she drafted bilingual employment agreements, leases, and consulting agreements and conducted legal research for in-house counsel.

Katharine also clerked at one of the nation’s top power plant and renewable energy construction companies, where she examined and revised various contracts, such as general contractor, subcontractor, and nondisclosure agreements. She also conducted mergers and acquisitions due diligence reviews for potential company contracts.

Katharine also served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Fleur K. Lobree at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal where she performed legal research concerning insurance, contract, and procedural issues on appeal and drafted recommendation memoranda for contractual issues in civil cases.

Katharine graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with her Juris Doctor, where she was a member of the University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law Review. She also received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was part of the First-Generation Law Association, Business Law Society and the Hispanic Law Student Association.

She is fluent in Spanish.
