Sharon P. Kelley is a seasoned labor relations and human resources professional with a diverse background in both the public and private sectors. Her public sector experience includes working with local governments, federal agencies, and educational institutions. On the private side, she has worked in various industries, such as transportation, manufacturing, insurance defense, and corrections/detention industries.
Throughout her career, Sharon has proven herself a skilled negotiator, successfully handling collective bargaining agreements, arbitrations, and settlements. She brings a comprehensive approach to labor relations, advising on federal and state labor laws, managing performance and disciplinary actions, and conducting training for employees and supervisors. She is adept at developing policies, overseeing investigations, and managing employee grievances to achieve favorable outcomes.
Sharon has held leadership roles at numerous organizations, including The GEO Group, Inc., the School District of Palm Beach County, and the City of Boca Raton. While at The GEO Group, Sharon has served as Chief Negotiator, and most recently as Divisional Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR operations for 17 Reentry facilities across the U.S., handling matters from employee and labor relations to team-building and employee performance management.
