Rana’s practice focuses upon commercial real estate, lending transactions, and business law. She represents businesses, lenders and individuals in complex transactions, including secured lending, commercial and high-end residential real estate, title examination, leasing, contracts, partnership agreements, and the acquisition and sale of businesses.
Rana regularly serves as company counsel for businesses requiring assistance with their daily legal needs and their property and leasing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Rana practiced at a South Florida law firm where she represented financial institutions and borrowers with their lending, real property, and borrowing needs in various loan transactions, high-net-worth families with their acquisitions and businesses with their corporate issues.

- Closed upon the sale of 11 acres of industrial land in Miami, Florida and facilitated a 1031 exchange for the purchase into a national Delaware statutory trust
- Represented high net worth individual in purchase of luxury yacht
- Represented high net worth family in sale of waterfront, high end residential properties in Boca Raton, Florida to Developer
- Closed upon the merger of a privately held multi-state manufacturing company to a publicly held company
- Closed upon the merger of a medical software development company with a Silicon Valley investment group
- Closed upon the construction loan for a non-profit religious community center from an institutional lender
- Closed upon multiple industrial leases for warehouse facilities located in southern and northern Florida
- Closed upon a 1031 exchange resulting in the acquisition of two blue chip, triple net acquisitions
- Closed upon West coast of Florida land and marina being developed as a luxury hotel and marina
- Represents business lenders in South Florida on construction loans for owner-occupied commercial real estate, including the development of medical facilities and medical clinics

- Represented international investor in the bulk purchase of 35 homes in the Orlando Florida area
